Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Paul, Brady and Bri were an absolute delight. They truly brightened my cold and rainy Saturday morning. They are so kind and so helpful while also fast an efficient. I will not be going anywhere else for my oil changes.

Pauly and the crew at the Glenville NY Valvoline Instant Oil Change did an outstanding job changing my oil. Pauly and his crew were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly. Pauly kept me informed the service taking place. The crew worked together well with all 3 bays servicing cars. Kudos to Pauly and his crew!

Great service and such a fun crew at the Glenville Valvoline! Everyone seems to be working well with each other and it makes the customers feel happy to see that. They are very friendly and got the job done at a timely manner

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Arrived last Saturday for an oil change and state inspection, to be told that inspections are appointment only. I didn't understand why because that isn't stated on the website, but I agreed to make appointments for my two cars for today and I got my oil change that day. I was one of two cars being worked on when I arrived so they should have been able to take me. Regardless, I came back today for my first appointment and was told "That was the old manager, we do walk-ins now." I did not quite understand and explained that last week I was turned away and told the location was appointment only and he just repeated what he said and told me I could wait in line. Absolutely will not return to this location. At least offer to try and get me in faster? Is this place for real? I contacted Valvoline and they said "Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I'm very sorry for your negative experience. Our system shows that this location only offers inspection services Friday, Saturday and Sunday on a first come first serve basis." So what is the policy and why was I not contacted when my appointments were thrown out?

Everyone who I interacted with there was awesome!!! They were all super friendly, joyful, and only tried to sell me what actually had to be done. Would definitely go back!

So I reluctantly pulled up to the doors about 20 minutes before close, feeling terrible about doing this, but just discovering about 15 minutes prior, that my oil was so low, that it was an immediate need to get this done asap. I sheepishly pull into the pen and and immediately was greeted by Joseph with absolutely no hint of anything but warmth and professionalism. I apologized and asked him if it was too late to get an oil change today, and without any hesitation or sense of judgement, he reassured me that there was plenty of time and put my concerns to rest. The crew worked as a team and I really got the sense that they were a "real team", and took pride in their work and got the job done with graceful efficiency. Joseph, Ronald and Brady are quite the crew, and with Joseph at the helm, I can see why. Please make sure that they are treated well and given this feedback, and know how valuable they are in a world where that kind of service and interaction is unfortunately a rare occurrence.

The manager and workers are excellent. This place is run well! You will not be taken advantage of here; they will offer you a wealth of information you can't get anywhere else!
