This specific location is TOP NOTCH. The staff from top (Cody) (Ken) Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable at there craft. Lane and the rest stand tall and work hard and are there to service you with Quick Quality and a can do attitude. I have been using this specific location And will continue making this my oil change location and will share it with all in need.. a very Satisfied customer 😀 👌

I was favorably impressed with the the entire experience. Staying with my car during the oil change was a new experience that gave me a sense of being a participant in the activity, as well as providing an opportunity to build a relationship with the shop and with those who run it. I was able to ask questions and learn more about my car, and a level of confidence in the people and their knowledge was achieved that couldn't have been made in any other way. There was no pressure to purchase anything other than what I came in for, and no feeling that I was being rushed through the process, as if in an assembly line. It was an entirely inviting experience with consistent human contact. There's no doubt in my mind that this is place I will return to time after time.

I was very happy with the customer service!! I was in and out very quickly and Ken went above and beyond to help me with everything and answer any questions I had. Kane was very efficient and helpful as well. Definitely recommend Valvoline in Grants Pass Oregon.

Drove all the way from Portland to get this 5 star service. Whereas, I couldn't be seen in PDX, I pulled right up to the garage and pulled in immediately. The free & comprehensive battery check was critical. Checked all fluids. Asked me repeatedly if I was comfortable with my tire pressure. These folks would make a good assessment of a used car if buying - IMO.
