I arrived at 4:15 to get an oil change. Both bays were filled at the time, but I was next in line. I wasn't sure which bay to line up with, so I kind of hung out in the middle waiting for a technician to come out and give me some instructions. I waited....and waited...they just ignored me. I then watched 4 of them smoke cigarettes just outside the front door. They carried on laughing, joking, smoking, meanwhile not a single tech even came out to address me. I see this quite a bit with the 20 somethings who don't have a dog in the fight. They get paid by the hour, so the more they ignore the less they have to do. After waiting 20 minutes for them to at least acknowledge my presence, I left. Whoever manages this joint needs to either retrain or rehire.

Waited outside behind zero vehicles while 3 cars in the other lane got serviced!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They do not take vehicles in the order they arrived so if you get the wrong lane you are screwed.

While it was slow due to low staff, the staff was supportive and way too nice for how angry others were. I had an issue with someone cutting multiple cars to jump in line, but the staff handled it well. It's hard to overstate how appreciative I am of their calmness while understaffed.
