The guy with the Vampire teeth was Simply Amazing. He went beyond and beyond with my service and had a lot of knowledge about what my car needed. All the guys especially Ethan are very friendly, sufficient, fast and funny. I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint.

We stopped by on our way traveling due to a check oil light. From the time we arrived to the time we drove away, we were very impressed! Mark was kind, knowledgeable, gave great eye contact, and was fair with getting us in for service. Aleix filled our oil and was efficient, knowledgeable, and customer service driven. We called the manager, Sean, after our visit to give a great review to him. We were also impressed with his enthusiasm and pride in his team. Overall, our experience was great! That Valvoline is blessed with great a great efficient team and a leader who values the future leaders he is developing.

I will not be returning to Valvoline for multiple reasons. The main reason is they charged $79.00 + tax for a partially synthetic oil change. I would have told them I wasn't interested, but they were already draining my oil by the time they started discussing pricing with me. I could have gone to the dealership and had it changed for less than that. The next reason I will not be returning is that they no longer check your lights. They are charging a premium price and reducing services. Another sign of shrinkage in America.
