Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I don't usually post reviews but this one was warranted. What a phenomenal experience! Every member of the team at this location was extremely welcoming and informative made the usual annoying task of waiting for an oil change enjoyable. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and was informed about everything going on step by step. Started with being welcomed with a handshake by Allen, which in NY is hard to come by now a days. Continued in to have a team of at least 3 technicians working on my vehicle at all times while I got to sit in the comfort of my own vehicle. Just gained a lifelong customer at this location. If i could give them 100 stars I would.

The manager Danny from the very beginning was friendly and helpful. He puts such an effort to his job and you can tell he enjoys it because he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to have thru oil change done here, etc. It has always been a pleasure and such an easy experience to have work done on my car.

I've been taking my Honda accord to this valvoline location and my car been running great. The crew are kind and respectful and the manager Danny Hernandez is very knowledgeable, helpful & give great recommendations. It feels good knowing I'm not going to get rip off!

The staff at the Copiague location go above and beyond to properly check my car and complete the oil change. They show me what they are doing all throughout the process and keep me informed on what services my car will need soon. The manger Danny has great customer service and ensures that the process goes smoothly. I will continue to come to this location because I am 100% satisfied.

I don’t know where to begin, but as soon as I pulled up to Valvoline, I had a gentleman named Danny, come up to my car and ask if it was alright that I wait 45 minutes to an hour. He was so polite and very knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. Honestly he turned my frown upside down. I was having trouble paying because I was waiting on my check from work and he guided me through the process of downloading Groupon to save 31% off of the final cost. I was then able to pay and the patience that Danny displayed really made my night. The whole crew working here tonight are all very friendly and helpful. These guys all deserve 5 stars. If you have any issue with your car besides an oil change, I suggest you come to Valvoline in Copiague.
