The line was long on a Sunday, but they went through them relatively quick, thank goodness, and with a $25 coupon, so make sure you check online for coupons they had a large crew working and did a pretty good job, any problems and I will update.

I’ve been coming to Valvoline for a couple years now and will never go anywhere else! No matter the location: the quality of service, level of professionalism and friendly approach can’t be matched anywhere else. Before coming here, I went to a pep boys to get an oil change and they used the wrong size filter so ALL of my oil leaked out of my car by the end of the day. It was a nightmare. Since then I found Valvoline and always leave feeling securely taken care of and have never had 1 issue from them. They’re fast, efficient, and friendly. You truly won’t be disappointed.

BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would but it won't allow me too. My 18 year old son had he's oil changed and Valvoline failed to put the cap back on the reservoir for the coolant. My son's car over heated not to long after leaving Valvoline. I contacted them to notify them of the situation. Since then we were having trouble car always needing coolant and what not. Finally took car into shop to find out the head gasket is blown. Now waiting for a call from management. Will keep you all posted on how they are going to handle this situation. We go to a one stop shop that is convenient and we don't even have to step out of our car. We shouldn't have to double check the work. We are not mechanics and are trusting places as big as Valvoline for our cars maintenance. Yes human error no one is perfect. But now to see f they will take responsibility for this. Update: So today the Manager Cody at Valvoline called advising he will go to the repair shop to investigate and reach back out. He calls this afternoon stating repair shop isn't saying it's a blown head gasket which it indeed is per the manger of repair shop along with the paperwork for the failed block test. They are playing this back and forth game. My son saved for a whole year at 17 years old and bought this car with his own money down to his insurance. Valvoline stated they watched the video of the oil change but won't give me the video stating I have to get a court to request the video. They stated they doubled checked their work and was so sure of it but won't let us watch the video for ourselves. The sad part is we trust these people with our vehicle maintenance and they took full advantage. Valvoline is stating they won't repair my son's car after they failed to replace the cap properly after topping off fluids. My son's car over heated after his oil change and Valvoline won't take responsibility for it. It's one thing to admit to the human error but to act cowardly and dishonest proves why no one should take their cars to these phony shops. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to do what is right.

Took my BMW here for an oil change. Easy enough right? Wrong. They either over tightened by hand or they used an impact on my drain plug cause they cracked my oil pan. This is AFTER they allegedly corrected the issue. It's been months now, and I finally have time to take off work to get it looked at by another shop for diag. First question they asked was "Who did your oil change last, cause they striped the bolt and cracked your pan" Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting on a response to see if they will correct, so I could correct my rating. Otherwise. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE IT. Teach your techs better please. This is a 1700+ fix or 7-10 hours of labor if I do it at home.

Everyone at the Valvoline shop is so efficient so nice and eager to help or answer questions. Wasn’t pressured into any of the services they offered, which I will be returning to next month. In a society were most youngsters are lazy and always on their cell phones, I did not see that one time in any of the times that I visited this location. So good job management keep it up!

The service is good and they are fast. The only thing I picked up today that had a negative impact was usually there are two people who work on my car. 1 person by the computer letting me know what’s going on what I need to be updated with and what is happening during the time I’m waiting to get my oil change. The other person who was working on my car was an older lady. She did start working on my car but then left later. The other worker was waiting for her to start the putting oil in but she was no where to be found so he had to go and get the oil and do it himself. We waited for some time before he realized she wasn’t coming. Service is usually faster and I’m out within a few minutes. We waited and I stayed there double the time I usually do. But the job was done, the cost is good ($58) and they do accept Groupons (I didn’t use one this time but I usually do). I like how they give a quick check on your car and tell you what needs to be updated or done next or soon, and always asks if I want any of those services while I’m there. I also did not have to wait in line that long. I was placed in the second line and when the third line was done they immediately moved me to the third line so that I could be serviced faster. Overall, great and friendly service

It was my first time at Valvoline, Andrew and his team assisted me and they were amazing!!! Customer service was great. I didn't feel obligated to purchase anything other than my oil change, but did end up getting a new air filter and battery. I will definitely be back in 3 months.

I love getting my oil changed here! The mechanics are great, friendly and quick. When you have young children it's so convenient to be able to knock out an oil change without taking everyone out of the car. Due for another oil change soon and will definitely come back to this location.

Went in for a 'full service' oil change, using synthetic oil. As they were checking fluid levels, they said the coolant was low, I asked if they didn't top off fluids, they said there was an additional charge for that?????? What is 'full service oil change', I thought it covered all fluid levels being topped off (if needed), lubricate chassis, check differential. One person told me the coolant was low, the receipt shows it's okay. Receipt says they reset oil service indicator light - this is an old truck and doesn't have an indicator light. I guess you have to pay additional for every little thing. I'm confused as to what was really done. Was told it is under new ownership.
