Great location. The establishment is clean and representable. My wait time was 40 min not bad at all considering there were three customers ahead of me. Best of all, the Tech was professional and courteous.

Peter the “manager” made up his own laws about rear window tint on SUV/MPV, guy is clueless. I’d hate to see how he runs his household if he even has one. NYSDMV website states ANY percent is allowed on back 3 windows as it is a MPV/SUV — not a coupe/hatch/sedan/wagon. The factory that built it sent it out with 20 VLT privacy glass, you know the kind that SUVs had since the 80s… Guy refused to inspect my car after waiting a day and a half for “the machine to be up”, had to return on the next day. IT WAS THEN, that he denied me because of tinted glass on the rear half of my SUV (Chevy Equinox LT). When I asked him to cite the law stating this, as I had the NYSDMV website open on my phone he got irate and refused to take in the vehicle. Mind you my front windows and windshield were completely clear, so it wasn’t that. PETER IS A JOKE! Don’t ever take anything you care about to this place, not even a pair of skates.

I have a A4 I went there on June 19 to see if I can get an oil change and the waiting period was too long so I decided to go back the next day the 20th the next day I saw the oil level decreased and I went back to their shop and they claimed that the oil wasn’t leaking and the “filter was facing downwards “ I spent $120 for absolutely no reason just for them to add additional oil and my car to still needs oil and they never mentioned anything about leak I had to go to auto zone just so I can get a correct oil change since they can’t seem to get the job done efficiently it’s ridiculous I’m driving and my car is telling me oil pressure too low turn off engine complete waste of time going to them !

These guys are great, Meineke on Boston Road didn’t honor my appointment and didn’t care to reschedule. They were much better, they checked tire pressure , lights and did a 360 all while I waited in the car. These guys are very efficient and pay attention to detail. I recommend them!
