Going the extra mile These guys were great. I had an intermittent electrical starting problem. I have only one car and I need it for work. They were good enough to squeeze me in the next day and had to run several tests but had me back on the road that next day. I would definitely recommend Vans Auto Service in Hendersonville, NC.

Van’s Auto Service has by far been the best experience I’ve had when dealing with on-the-spot car repairs. When I explained that it was extremely time sensitive due to an unexpected trip, they immediately figured out a solution to get it done as quick as possible, having multiple employees working together to maximize the speed and efficiency of what was needed. Even after quoting me a quick time for repairs, they still got it done even quicker, completely saved our trip due to the care and understanding. THANK YOU!!

Van's Auto Service is excellent! I was looking for a family owned shop that provided a sympathetic, elevated human experience. Van's Auto Service is THE alternative to being treated as a merely budget number in a dealership's business plan. The owner, Marty, is actively involved in his business and is more than fair in his pricing. He is a friendly, respectful man and a knowledgeable car enthusiast. I had my AC diagnosed and the compressor replaced. They were on the job quickly, and they were flexible in accommodating their work to my schedule. My AC works great and, even better, I've found our new mechanic! Thank you to Marty and his team!
