Quoted $950 for bumper + fender replacement & painting, incl. parts and labor. Paid $300 up front for parts to be ordered in advance to reduce time in shop, labor estimate was 2-3 hrs. Dropped vehicle after parts arrived 9am Tues. Called to follow up 4pm Weds, told "being worked on now". Called again 2pm Sat, no answer. Walked over, as website says Sat close is 3pm and not open Sun. Contact man says, "all work done but paint; paint order just filled, needs to be applied", swears work will be done by 2:30pm Monday (6+ days in shop for 2-3 hrs labor estimate). I said, "No, I will pay the full amount, but I want to end our relationship immediately and leave with my vehicle". Paid another $550 (given $100 discount vs. estimate). There's a surcharge if you don't pay in cash, btw, which is sketchy. Waited 25m alone, then someone walked by and wordlessly dropped my key next to me on the desk I was at; didn't even say where to find vehicle outside. Left; looked at new fender and bumper on way out; new parts installed as claimed but clearly not aligned properly (obvious "overbite"). Drove immediately to dealership for assessment; they said work clearly was not done properly, recommended getting it fixed before painting. Will not return to this place, would not recommend. Business is unable to manage scheduling or execute work orders properly. Photo shows fender/bumper misalignment in what they claimed was "all done but the painting" condition.

When I first heard of this place I really liked the estimate they gave me. However, the next day when I had an appointment for them to fix my car NOBODY answered the phone! My appointment was at 8:00am, and I have been waiting outside of their office for almost an hour! I don’t understand what was the problem! Nobody was at work even though they are suppose to be open by 8am. Very rude keeping their customers waiting. I recommend a different auto shop if you are not patient enough to deal with the employees here. Please do better.

*Do not go to this shop. Very untrustworthy.* Brought my truck in twice within a span of 3 weeks and they could not find anybody to work on the wheel bearings. I even ordered the part the second time around since they could not get it the first time. Really not happy with the way my vehicle was treated. The truck accumulated dust in the interior since it was left outside for possibly 2 days with the windows down. Left the truck there with full tank and it was already at half by the time i left the shop. I was feeling optimistic for small businesses such as these as i do know that honest work sometimes can be found in places as such. Thats just not the case for this particular shop.

Worst experience ever. 3 weeks they had my car to repair a bumper and taillight. Lie after lie they told us. In the end we picked up our unfixed car and found a reputable shop. Watch out! They suppress negative reviews and post fake positive. Check the positive reviewers and you'll see the users have only reviewed this business and their tow service.

Had my car painted, a bunch of braces installed and a hard top installed. They worked with me every step of the way and when we encountered some issues with the hard top they were very receptive. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
