Prepayed $129.99 for a towing job down the road to a shop. Driver was 40 minutes late to the scheduled time. We confirm the job was pre prayed and they just needed to tow the car to the shop. Driver gets to the shop, and demands a $250 payment for the vehicle to the shop owner. The shop owner has his own towing service and refused to pay, as well as said it was over priced. The driver leaves, with the car. He disappears for 4 hours, we got a hold of his boss, who told him to bring the car back to the shop. 5 hours go by, and he still has not returned the vehicle. We had to contact the police department, who ordered the company to return my car or they would be investigating. After the matter, we checked and J&E actually over charged us on the card for the “inconvenience”. Do NOT do business here.

Just saved me and my 2011 Camry from being high and dry and in the middle of a Beaverdale snow dune in -6 degree weather. Super nice and a good price. Course that is in the eye of the beholder but even with a tip pretty damn reasonable considering he had to dig a bit just to wench it.

They were quick at responding but Joel charged way too much. At first they said 230$ but ended up charging me 329.00$ just because I had a truck. They did not keep their word and changed pricing on me at the last minute.

Super inexperienced, took over 8 hours for a simple tow. Spent more time trying to fix my truck to get my wheel on then they did towing it. Wouldn’t have got the job done if me and my employees didn’t help the 3 of them. Good news my truck made it to its destination. I’m not happy with how long it took or the price it cost. Very disappointed in my 1100 dollar tow bill
