Great company with good people. Fast and friendly dispatch staff that get you help ASAP. From the moment you request a tow to the moment your car gets dropped off. 5 stars. Made a call needing a tow the dispatcher got my info and knew exactly where I was at. 30 minutes later the tow truck showed up and got my car on the flat bed and got the car to my destination. Hassle free, fast and efficient. AAA membership worth its price I was fully covered. Definitely will recommend and always use them. Thank you to owners Henry and Liz and staff!!..

I called AAA for a tow and the job went to Velocity. Once their driver arrived, they called me asking for a copy of my registration, which I found odd as I’ve had AAA for 24 years and have never been asked for registration, mind you, I had both my AAA card and my drivers license. I told them that the registration is at the drop off destination and that the vehicle is registered as non-op. They said that’s fine just get us a picture of it once the vehicle arrives at the drop off destination. When the vehicle arrived for drop off, the tow company called me again saying that a non-op registration is no acceptable and that this tow does not qualify for AAA and that I will be billed directly out of pocket or they’re going to keep my vehicle. That’s why I realized they’re pulling a scam because AAA only pays a certain amount per mile and they can charge me much more than AAA will pay. I called them out on their scam and the driver unloaded the vehicle. That’s when they called AAA and reported me for “harassing them.” What they did is a common scam. If they did this to you, here’s everything you need to report them. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your local news station, they love these kinds of stories.

I called AAA, and Velocity Towing showed up without the proper equipment to change a flat tire. They left without assistance and never returned.

Let me start with 12:50 pm sat 102 temp .. I called AAA my 26ft travel trailer had a flat and the spare was not in good shape I requested a flat bed to tow me to a tire shop.. I wad told Velocity Towing would be there in 30 min I was called by Velocity representative asking for pictures of my rv the length I sent to him he then said we don't Have a flatbed big enough for your trailer I inquiries then why the pics he was rude and not helpful .... I called AAA back and was told they would dispatch again for a tire change Velocity then text me a msg saying they will there in 30 min .. 102 temp still 2pm comes I call AAA they said Velocity would be there in 60 Min ... They never showed they left hanging out to dry in 102 Temp with a flat tire . . They r rude they lie they are extremely unprofessional ... 4pm still no tow truck 4 hours they played games .....

Awesome service. Very fast. Technician very respectful and kind to my 3 year old son who was so excited to see the tow truck. Very clean well maintained tow truck. All around pleasure
