BIG FAN OVER HERE! Nick & the staff @ VCC are by far the most efficient, helpful, friendly folks- and when your car is messed up, those are the exact kind of people you want to work with. I tell everyone I know about this place because they’ve made my life easier a multitude of times. This last appointment, they made my car look brand new post hit-&-run. Like magic, I tell you!

Everyone there is extremely friendly, and they really go above and beyond in making sure everything is taken care of and are very communicative. I went in to get a dent fixed after an accident, and got my car back looking cleaner than the day I got it, inside and out!

When the insurance company of the person who hit our car sent us to Ventura Collision Center, I was worried that not only would they not do a good job, but that I'd get taken advantage of. Let me tell you that my worries were unwarranted. Not only did they do a phenomenal job of making our car look even better than new, let me tell you that their communication and updates were so appreciated. When I dropped off my car, each employee came up and shook my hand and introduced themselves. Where do you experience this these days?! They truly cared. When the car was ready, they wanted to do another check and found another issue. They took care of it. Finally, even though they were only a day late, they dropped the car at my home. I know, that when anything ever happens to any of my cars, I will 100% use these guys! Thank you VCC! Appreciate you!

Nick did an amazing job from start to finish. He was quick, thorough, and very helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of and even had my car ready a day early (and detail cleaned). I can’t thank Nick enough for taking a bad situation (car accident) and changing it into a pleasant experience where I felt like I was being taken care of by a good friend. I appreciate the hard work and effort of Nick and his team. Everyone was very friendly and I am very appreciative.
