Vic's Auto Clinic

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Vic's Auto Clinic was a complete letdown. Not only did I encounter rude and abusive customer service, but the quality of the work performed on my car was subpar. Despite paying for what I expected to be professional service, I was left with unresolved issues and a feeling of dissatisfaction. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of respect for customers and their vehicles. I urge others to be cautious when considering Vic's Auto Clinic for their automotive needs, as both customer service and work quality fell short of expectations during my visit.

Even though my experience was not that great, im not going to rate you 1 star just because of that,im sure you take good care of your customers BUT that wasnt the case for me. No need to get into all the details but next time please inform your customers before hand if you have the proper tools to do the job. I wasted 4 hrs of work one day to take my car to your shop,just for you to tell me that your vendor never came thru with the transmission fluid, we re-scheduled for saturday just so yall can tell me that you dont have the proper equipment to do that job. All i ask is for yall to be considerate of customers time and to inform them before they cancel plans and work half day just to accomodate your schedule.

The guys over at Vic's were awesome! I had an issue with my steering making a weird noise. I called them up and they offered to do a FREE diagnosis. Most shops were quoting me over $125 just to put it in a lift while Vic's Auto Clinic offered to check it out for FREE on their lift. I didn't catch the name of the technician that worked on my car, but he quickly found out what the issue was and fixed it. The 2 owners were also very courteous and friendly with me while I was there and we're understanding with my situation. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service that was provided to me and will definitely be going back should I have any more issues. The people over at Vic's Auto Clinic are honest and hardworking and I definitely recommend checking them out if you have any issues with your car

My car was stolen and then recovered and I used Vic’s auto for the recovery/repair evaluation period. I found Vics Auto through some good reviews and definitely did not regret it. Allen was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Really appreciate the kindness during a difficult situation.

Had my ac compression replaced in April 2021. Have not had one issue with it in the past 3 years. Was able to have it fixed for half the price I was quoted at that time. Great communication and service.
