Victory Chevrolet Service

During my recent visit to Victory Chevrolet, I encountered an issue when a technician inadvertently caused damage to my vehicle. I am pleased to report that the matter was ultimately resolved. However, I would like to express my hope that, in the event of a similar situation occurring in the future, the establishment will prioritize improved customer care. Specifically, should any damage occur to my vehicle, I believe it would be appropriate for the dealership to provide a comparable replacement vehicle that is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring it is not returned until I am fully satisfied.

I have been a customer of Victory Chevrolet for a long time and my husband and I have both of our vehicles service there. Joe Elliott is great! The 3 stars is only because the last two times I went for service I wasn't completely happy. The first issue I called for an oil change and asked them to check out for a clunking noise. Apparently the service writer only listed the oil change and said I would need to schedule to have a technician check it out. Okay, not that big a deal. But the next time I scheduled an oil change and to have the noise checked out, the person who made the appointment didn't specify the inspection would be $165.00! It used to be $75.00. I had to forgo the inspection again. I realize I should have asked if it was still $75.00, but it could have been mentioned when I made the appointment.

I've purchased a few vehicles from here and have been treated well each time. My last purchas was a used Jeep Compass Lattitude, which was the first vehicle presented after stating I wanted a reliable fuel-efficient vehicle. The dealership included a 90-day warranty as well as doing the rear brakes. I didn't research the fuel efficiency and wasn't happy to find that it didn't meet my requirements. Furthermore, when I returned for the appointment to have the rear brakes done, I informed them the front brakes were now squeaking. I was told the front brakes were not covered by the maintenance plan I purchased and that they weren't replacing them free like they did with the rear ones. On top of that, the vehicle had a bit over 98,000 miles so the 100,000 mile check was scheduled and completed just a few months later. I was taken back by surprise when the work not covered by the maintenance plan was over $700! I then received a notice from 2 different people that I missed my appointment for the work done. This latest experience has left me unsatisfied and questioning future business with them. I still rated them factoring prior experience with them however, if I'd been new to them, I wouldn't have been able to give them the benefit of the doubt that this experience was not their normal. Proceed with caution though, as any big expense should be. I wasn't on my my game during this time and take responsibility for my part, nonetheless, it was not a 5-star experience and has given me a costly reminder to do better myself and not to pull the trigger on this type of purchase too quickly.

Sales people are amazing-Joe Elliot!! Service department are inadequate at best. They still have not fixed my brand new car! It’s been in 3 times for a total of 5 weeks . They do not call you back or keep you informed! They have shut off my CarDoc account and promised to call back with why and do not call. I have reached out to manager twice and still no resolution to problems! Terrible customer service!!

I thoroughly enjoy partnering with the great folks at Victory to keep my car in top working shape. They really care about their jobs and the folks like me who are a part of car owning world. I feel I get great service and advice for keeping my car in top running condition.
