Got an alright price on my car. Overall, it was as much out the door as other dealerships were offering for the same car, even with these useless “mandatory” add-ons. Danielle was great until she lied to me about the $1700 paint protection. It was added to my bill after I refused it. I saw this and again, read through the brochure, saw that it didn’t mention anything about scratches or chips and I refused it. She talked to somebody and came back very quickly with an $800 discounted rate and assured me that it would cover damage to the paint. I think you could guess what happened when I came back to the dealership a month later with a 2mm scratch on my car. Avoid.

Good service and customer care. As always, dealer service prices can be high, but you are paying for Honda-specific expertise. In some cases, it gives you peace of mind to have a Honda tech working on your car. When I'm looking for that, Victory Honda is my go-to place.

Had a great experience when I bought my 2023 civic with Matt. I also had a great experience when I came in to get a grille replacement after getting backed into. The problem is the dealership itself (management, I assume) doesn't seem to want to make customers feel valued or important. 1500 miles on my new car and I got a flat. Victory Honda refused to offer any kind of help, and essentially I was told to pound sand and pay $230 for a 2-month old tire spontaneously deflating after no impact whatsoever (with dashcam evidence). They said to check with the manufacturer (Goodyear) as Victory couldn't give me any real help. Seems to me like the tire or installation of said tire had an issue, as no foreign object was detected or even suspected when I got it inspected at Goodyear. They just said it somehow lost air pressure while I was driving. Goodyear offered a tire at 50% off and I am satisfied with this arrangement. This was an extremely disappointing experience as I was just starting to feel at home and like family with Victory Honda and I love my new civic, but they turned around and decided to leave this sour taste in my mouth. I will be finding a different dealer or auto shop for the lifetime maintenance of my new civic because I do not want to be treated like this again. I recommend you stay away and find another dealer to save yourself the painful experience I just had.

I took my 2019 CRV for a recall repair for fuel pump. after I got the car back the cabin stunk with the smell of gas. I called them and they said give it couple of days. 2 weeks later it still stunk. I took back to them and they said they inspected it and there is nothing wrong and that they did not smell the gas, (every one that I get in the car smells the gas). few days later they had customer service call me to report on my experience and I told them I am not happy, they said a manager will call me, no one called, few days after that I get yet another customer service survey call and again I expressed my frustration and they promised a manager will call, no one called. Now it has been 2 months and the car still stinks with the smell of gas that everyone that gets in the car can smell. Horrible quality of service and horrible customer service, and unprofessional. I wish I did not take it for that recall, it left the car worse than I got it.
