I'm fortunate to be in a town with great customer service. Howell oil change places are top notch. You can be pretty confident in most you choose. Victory Lane takes customer service even a step further and they get right on it. I went there today for a battery under warranty and it was at no charge. So I just expected a battery replacement. They went and topped off everything including oil, cooling system and filled my tires at no charge! I couldn't believe it! I wanted to pay something for all the efforts but they are used to just doing this stuff as routine business as usual. It was pretty nice! 😍

I live in the neighborhood and stoped at victory to have my oil changed. During the oil change the nice gentleman tried to up sell me on a “ extended life oil filter” I have a 2025 Ram this was the second oil change. I use full synthetic oil. 6000 miles+ between oil changes. The tech told me oil filters only filter to 3000 miles. Now that is a ludicrous statement. It was very disingenuous. He said it was 17 dollars extra. On top of that this place charges you 3% to use your debit/credit card. When is the last time you had to pay 3% to use your CC? Its not about the money its the principle!!!! The Techs were polite not their fault these shady practices are taught to them by the owner. I highly recommend going somewhere else!

Stopped in after work and got A+ service and attention from Ops Mgr Jack and technicians Justin and Beck! Honest and straightforward about my older car and what it needs to keep it running great. I will be back for regular service and recommend this Victory Lane highly! Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For a while, service had been hit-or-miss at this location, but our recent experience was fantastic. I believe the gentleman who helped us was named Mike, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s great to see this location back in full swing with exceptional service. Highly recommended!
