My nephew and niece were scammed. Nobody will call us back. Now we are forced to DCA ( consumer affairs) $4,000.00 in house Extended warranty they won’t let us cancel! Also an outrageous interest rate to boot. Don’t go to this Dealer. Mitsubishi is also offering no help and kick it back to dealer.

Ive never seen a business give a f less about their customers. Nasty attitudes when you ask who ever picks up the phone for any kind of updates. Same employees lie saying they left voicemails knowing they don't give a crap about their job to actually leave a voicemail. My car has been ready "since friday". Yet they wait 45 minutes until they close to let me know on Monday. Terrible excuse for customer service.

Today I came in just to look around. I met a sales agent by the of Jesus Gomez. He was very friendly and helpful making sure that I had the correct information about the car and finances. He was very determined to make sure that I got was good for me and my family. I did buy a car today thanks to him. I am very pleased to have met Jesus . He is a wonderful person and dedicated to meeting the needs of the customers.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the dealership this evening the salesman was very arrogant and unprofessional and he kept giving me the run around about the truck. Online my total price was 29,000 and then when I got there he said the truck was $37,000 then he said the truck was unavailable that somebody was driving the truck then he said the truck was being maintenance smh bad business. Please stay far away from them very shady.

Worse place I ever did business with. I came in after buying my car three weeks ago to get a noise it was having and a check engine light that turned on checked and a supervisor name Jason who seemed uninterested in anything I had to say ,told me because I didn’t mentioned the check engine light when I made the appointment he couldn’t cover that issue he can fix it but it will COST me. I left my vehicle in at 8am today and they never mentioned to me keeping my car over night or even offered me rental for me to get to work mind you I work in Long Island tmm this place and customer service is horrible!!!!! One star is too many
