I needed brakes and rotors done on my GL 350 and they ran into an issue from past mechanic work that he worked at fixing for 3 hours. They did a fantastic job and Iwould recommend them to anyone, price was significantly more affordable than other mechanics.

I highly recommend this auto shop as they are these auto mechanics have a lot of experience and really know what they are doing. Many of them are much more senior mechanics and know how to diagnose and fix car issues much better than many of the less experienced technicians at other big chain auto mechanic shops. This is a situation where supporting a small business like Viet auto service really makes a difference in terms of the quality of service you receive. I came in three days ago to get my Honda 2019 hybrid vehicle worked on because it was shaking when on the freeway. Tony and Lee were very dedicated to getting my car fixed and ensuring that I did not have any issues during my upcoming road trips. I had gotten new tires about three months ago and I had had to return to discount tire warehouse on two additional occasions to try to get them to fix the bumping sound when driving. But each time they said they had fixed it in reality they had not been able to fix it And the issue persisted. This is why going to Viet auto service was so helpful because they were finally able to fix this longtime issue. They ended up removing the rotors and putting them back on properly and balancing out the tires. My car feels so much more smooth when driving now and I am very grateful that Lee and Tony were able to resolve this issue due to their car expertise!

I took my car to Viet for a rather unconventional repair. A plastic elbow carrying fuel cracked and needed replaced. The manufacturer only sells the entire fuel pump assembly with the piece. The piece has broken so many times for so many people someone made an aftermarket one from aluminum. In order to change the piece you have to drop the fuel tank and disassemble the fuel pump. Viet was able to do the repair fast and for a very good price. My car is not leaking fuel and I expect this part to hold up for the life of the car. I cannot thank Viet enough. He is a great mechanic with good prices.

I had an unforeseen issue with my car and I was in a bind. So I brought in my car and talked about the issue with Viet. He was very welcoming and also reassured me that everything was going to be alright. There was great communication throughout the process of getting the car fixed. The customer service was on point and they also got the issue fixed in no time! Great group of professionals and overall an amazing auto shop.
