The only reason I gave Village Auto Body 5 stars is because there is no 6 star rating! Phil and Gene are incredible! This is the ONLY shop I will ever use! They don't just fix cars...they take care of their customers! Their body work is fantastic and they keep you informed throughout the process. I knew I was going to be delayed, but Phil kept the shop open until I arrived. Who does that anymore? If you have any auto body needs, go to Village Auto Body in Westbury. They are located 1/2 block west of Post Avenue on Winthrop Ave.

Only shop I will b using from now on! They are very Professional. Not looking 2 charge u what every other place does. They Care! I had no idea I needed front tires & the price he gave me was unbelievable compared 2 what I paid before. My car is feeling so good I cant believe its 6 years old. Thank U I will b back for sure!

This guy is a crook. He held my car as hostage until i took down my review on google. Also they are clearly racist . They wanted cash although there are signs posted all over the place that they accept bank check . Remember the black chick with the red honda - well she is reposting this today because i just confirmation that the complaint that i made to county and state has been followed up and —- they have pictures of inside the place . I always win in the end . Expect huge fines coming your way having to do with safety in shop, and the sign that is clearly posted that you accept bank checks but made me return with cash. That 1k you charged me will cost ten times more- a year later . Lmao Great neck body work is expensive but worth it

Though it's not what they normally do with working on cars, they gave me a great deal on a used tire. The mechanic was very amiable and seemed to care about his work.

Bill, Phil and Gene are wonderful to work with. They are professionals who understand our attachment to our cars and they do excellent work. I have been using them for years. Bill also does routine mechanical work, like brakes and oil changes. You can trust them!
