VIP auto is always quick with their work, friendly, and honest. No oversells (they will let you know what's upcoming/needed) but never forcing it. They are easy to schedule with and their shop is clean/convenient. Highly recommend!

Went in for an oil and filter change. There were a few people ahead of me so the whole experience lasted about an hour and 20 minutes— not a problem at all, and they had free coffee to help yourself to. The two people at the front desk who checked me in were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and overall very kind. They kept me updated during the whole process and sent a live link that told me which areas of the inspection were checked and in what condition they were in. I stayed afterwards for a few minutes to ask about some other unrelated concern about my car and they were able to provide their insight on what to keep an eye on and what might be contributing. Very positive experience, would come back again!

They did a great inspection of my car at last-minute notice on a Sunday. I needed new brakes and they promptly fixed them and gave me a great quote. They only recommended the things I needed and definitely did not overcharge me. They were accommodating of my extreme hours for car pick up, and when I went back into the shop to grab some thing from my car, every single worker was working & not a single person was laying around chatting. A truly hard-working group of people that we plan to continue doing business with.
