Virgil's Auto Body & Paint

I've been going to Virgil's Auto Body for over 20 years. This is a family run business, and because of that, the attention to detail and customer service are always unmatched. I was recently rear ended in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. This is a heavily customized vehicle with a 4 inch lift and huge 37 inch tires. The vehicle also has an aftermarket rear tire carrier along with some other aftermarket attachments. Long story short, this is not a basic stock vehicle were you swap out the parts and move on. It's not an easy repair. Joe and his team went to great lengths to get familiar with the aftermarket equipment on my vehicle, and ordered all of it from different sources. The finished product was nothing short of amazing. It's as if the accident had never happened. In fact, some of the aftermarket equipment was assembled in a cleaner more professional fashion than I even had it originally. If you want individualized, personal attention, with beyond top-notch work and attention to every detail, I would highly recommend Virgil's Auto Body. Thanks Joe!!

Incredible service and work! They listened to my concerns, answered my questions and repaired the car quickly and very professionally. I was kept up to date through the entire process. The car looks amazing… even better than it did before the accident, and it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. A special thanks to Scott who took care of me from start to finish.

I went to the shop 15 mins before it closes and I had assistance from Joe right away. Joe was so helpful and friendly, he did not even hesitate to get me to come back another day when it's July 4th tomorrow. He buffed the marks on my car's bumper and made it look brand new within 5 mins! Staff is friendly and nice! Definitely my go-to auto shop now!

Virgil gave me straight forward quotes, popped my light back in place for free, and provided excellent recommendations for how to handle the hit and run damage to my car. Highly recommend!!!

Came here hoping to get an estimate on some damage on my car. 2 people highly recommended this shop, I unfortunately was disappointed. The woman ahead of me was able to get an estimate on her car. For me I couldn't. I waited for 10 minutes while Jim worked on an estimate. Then instead of finishing it he told me that it would be around the pricing my dealership had told me. I felt this was lazy and poor customer service. Of course this experience led me to another shop that I'm looking forward to working with: Newcastle motors auto body in Simi.
