Kimberly in the service dept is the best! She was honest, attentive, and very nice. Even though it was right after the holiday she and her team got my car back on the road within a few days and at a decent price.

I had my car serviced for oil changed two weeks ago and paid for extra whatever service they asked me to pay and now my car states it needs oil change - i knew it, i waited for 3 hours when i was there and then at 5pm they showed my car park at the side of the building and the guy didn't even told me what they did. When i had my car serviced in in other city before - it was done fast and I saw my car being serviced, the car was driven smoothly (your knew oil was changed) and cleaned when i drove out the service center. But this place - nope - do not service your cars over here. They just let you sit and wait for 3 hours but did not do anything. Bad place.

I took my Tacoma in for it's 15000 mile service today and as always the staff member Rosa was very accommodating, pleasant, & made me feel like we were family!😃😃😃💜💚💙! I know people that are looking for a used car or a New one, I'll tell them to come over & look around. My mom has bought 3 cars at your establishment & has not had a single problem with your staff. I absolutely Love my Tacoma!!! I can go over 400 miles on a single tank of gas, I get fantastic gas mileage in town and on the freeway when I have an appointment up in Fresno!! Terrible customer care. For a dealership that clearly can use the sales and return patronage it doesn't appear management is pushing for customers satisfaction. Was looking to purchase oil filter elements, oil and drain plug washers for two Toyota vehicles. I was looking to purchase a minimum of 10 sets per vehicle of everything mentioned. That's a sizable transaction and as a Toyota enthusiast am happy to do so at OEM cost. But not here, not with a dealership that did not care to even have an associate at the parts department at prime business hours. Or care to send someone even after I flagged a different associate down who assured me someone will be reached and meet me at the counter. Not at a dealership that kept me waiting there for no less than 15 minutes until I had enough and walked away. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Made us wait for 30 min. For a manager that didn't even talk to us. Wanted us to sign a credit application at the beginning of the process before numbers were even talked about.
