I'm so grateful for Michael's service that I feel compelled to leave a glowing review. I've brought in and recommended several cars be taken here because they're honest and capable. Not every shop will work on an Audi. Just took a call and turns out my coolant leak is covered under the 100k mile service done months ago. Will definitely bring my Audi back here instead of the "stealerahip". They say you can only have 2 of the 3, "good, cheap, fast" but here it's clearly the exception and you can have all 3.

Despite having to diagnose my car twice due to the reoccurring check engine light, they did not hesitate to continue their efforts to find the root issue. Michael, the technician assigned to my vehicle, maintained clear communication and ensured that I was kept informed every step of the way. What truly impressed me was that despite the extra diagnostic work required, they did not charge me for the additional labor. My car now runs beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The owner of this shop is shameless. They will suck your wallet dry. They add all kinds costs. They have a 10% tax on every job.,,there is no explanation for it. They'll charge for a "Safety ChecK" and they don't tell you until it's time pickup the car. They jackup HOURS and PARTS like you won't believe. I do not know why people go there.
