I’m am absolutely appalled at the treatment I received here. I dropped my car off for them to change the lights. I was quoted 200$ and they tried to over charge me by 150$ for work I did not consent to as I specifically made it clear I could not afford more than the 200$. When I picked my car up, it was covered on every panel with scratches. I went back to show them the damage after consulting with an auto repair shop for a damage price quote, and Bob, along with another man, made me feel humiliated and stupid, because “this could never have happened from them” and I was just trying to use them to pay for damage they didn’t do. They were incredibly rude and unnecessarily harsh to me, and now I am left with thousands of dollars of damage. I wish I could give 0 stars.

After doing a lot of research I decided to replace my Mazda CX5 with a VW Tiguan. Every person I encountered at Bill Jacob's was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Shehroze made me feel like I made the right decision and helped me choose the specific vehicle I was driving home and I left feeling like I had a good handle on all the fabulous tech in this car! Matt was welcoming and patient when it was time to do the financing. They both made what could have been an overwhelming experience very simple and enjoyable. Really helpful staff. We worked with Robert Butts and Robert kept us regularly updated on the progress. At the time of sale, Robert helped expedite the process and took extra time to walk us through new features in the car. I would highly recommend working with Robert

I've gone to this dealership to get a couple maintenance items done on my jetta. The last time I got my car back I noticed indents on my rocker panels where you can see the lift arms contacted it and dented it when the tech lifted it. They are also extremely overpriced In general for simple maintenance compared to other VW dealers. I've switched to another dealer out of town to do my work in the future.

Went in to purchase a car, didn’t have the best knowledge of everything I needed to know, but Gerardo (salesman) did an amazing job of getting me the right car for me. This has been our 2nd car purchase with him and we will continue to only buy from him. We appreciate his time and effort. We will 100% recommend him and his location!!
