I always feel like it’s honest regardless of technician. All the techs look to keep you within budget and that helps me a lot as someone who has no idea how to navigate maintenance and just hopes they take care of it all. Came in not knowing my sway bar links were broken but they addressed, got a fair price, and having it fixed makes a world of difference. I like this place!

The service department is awesome. Mitch is great, very helpful & easy to talk to, he's been my rep most times and I'm always glad when he's the one that takes my call. It's never hard to get an appointment ASAP when I need it and they have my car done in a timely manner. They always make sure I'm set for the wait or have a way to get back home if I'm dropping off. There's never any pressure to pay for services I don't need or want during my appointment, and I always get an honest recommendation from them. Take advantage of the complimentary wash if they offer it! Highly recommend them for the convenience & peace of mind.

The service department is very efficient and provides top notch communication. From the time your vehicles is dropped off to when you pick it up, your assigned service agent will update you. My service agent Nick sent texts messages and photos at every finding. They are also very honest and did not sell me anything I didn’t need. I know this cause I’m pretty mechanically inclined and do most of the work in my vehicles myself. This is my 4th time here and my second vehicle they’ve worked on. So far I’ve been happy each time

Great support from the team. Arrived with an appointment and it’s good to know they are really expecting you! Annual service was completed quickly and efficiently. It’s great to see them using technology to share a video status of your car’s inspection. Pleasant waiting area with plenty of coffee from a nice modern single serving coffee maker.,

Santos gave me an excellent and exceptional attention as costumer , he have amazing knowledge about the vehicle and in combination with the Tech they provide an outstanding service to my vehicle .. Highly recommended over any other VW dealer and advisor in the area . Great service .
