Hi I bought my car to Huntington of Volvo for service. When I got to Huntington I met Sean Munro & my mechanic Dylan. I told them about an oil leak I was having that was driving me crazy. They put me at ease they were very professional kind and caring to my feelings. I could honestly say I am totally satisfied and happy with the outcome. Both Sean and Dylan both communicated with me throughout the process. I am very happy with the outcome. I no longer have this oil leak and my car is running great. Thank you guys very much. I recently had my Volvo XC40 serviced at Huntington Volvo. Great experience with William Pulistar as my service advisor. He made sure that everything was completed earlier than promised. William even helped us follow up from a prior steering issue.

The front desk staff does not book appointments currently. They do not keep their promise. I booked my appointment 1 month before. When I made the appointment Jessica said it will take 4 hours for an oil change and we are not providing loaners. Then two days before my appointment she calls back to say it will take 72 hours to do an oil change. I have owned many cars and at tops 3 hours is all I had to wait. 72 hours for oil change is unheard of. They are cheating. When I asked to speak to the manager Jessica stated that he went to Florida and do not know if he will come back. I asked for assistant manager and he too is not available. What kind of business are you running?

No one returns your phone calls. Need to call 10 times before someone picks up the phone. When you book an appointment online it will take you two months to get an oil change. It is a routine for them to call you the day before your appointment to cancel it. Jessica always says managers are NOT AVALIABLE to talk. They are short on workers because management doesn't retain their workers. Steve GM doesn't return the phone call either. I tried Glencove and no hassle at all. I own four makes of car and Huntington is the only one that gave me problems for three years in a row. I had enough
