I always approach business with good will and give them the benefit of the doubt, but too many things went wrong when I brought my cx60 for service: they misinformed me on the mileage for pickup and drop off. The issue was sorted, but it's a big mistake to make. I brought the car for service but some key error codes were not translated/given to me. It turns out I have issues much more serious than changing air filter. I'd assume recommended work would include those parts that keep the car running first, especially when it takes just connecting OBD reader., and my $800 bill should include most basic diagnostic. They clearly didn't test drive the car either. And to be crystal clear, this my 3rd time there. Something is always an issue. Luckily I was skeptical last time I got an estimate on the final drive issue. The quote was over $500 just to look into it. It cost me $140 to fix it at the local mechanic. After interacting with this center, I can say that everyone there is genuinely nice, but they are not in the business of providing best service for a competitive price. Their focus is elsewhere and we the consumer pay X4 the price or are left to solve issues ourselves. Real shame.

Jacqueline Ostrowski, the VOLVO service representative is just amazing . She hands down delivered the best customer service we have experienced in our lifetime. For several years the service on our leased XC 60 vehicle was impeccable . Now that we have bought off the car , we had it both painted and body work executed and the result was incredibly Perfect .It is as if have a completely new car. Jackie invested herself in the process because she really cares about her customers. We think of her as one of the greatest assets of her company. Her superiors must be very fortunate to count on her as part of the team.we truly love the Volvo way of appreciating our business as exemplified by Jackie’s work ethic.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your dealership. On August 17, 2022, I dropped off my vehicle for service due to the ABS, parking brake, and traction control lights illuminating. Additionally, the driver’s front rim sidewall was bent, and there were scratches on the hood. I provided the service advisor, Darien Rivera, with the necessary warranty information for wear and tear, requesting that he contact the warranty company to approve the removal of the scratches. A few days later, Darien contacted me to inform me that the rear sensor was cracked and would need to be replaced. He explained that this was not covered under Volvo’s warranty, and I agreed to pay for the replacement. However, when I called a month later to check on the status of my car, I was told that the wheel was not ready because the wheel machine was broken. I was informed that once it was repaired, the wheel would be fixed and I would be contacted. During that call, I also asked Darien whether he had contacted the wear and tear warranty company for the scratches. He assured me that he had called them and was awaiting approval. On September 28, 2022, I followed up with Darien again to inquire if my car was ready. He informed me that it was and I could come to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was told to wait an additional 30 minutes while they swapped out the spare tire for the regular tire. While waiting, I again asked Darien about the status of the scratch removal. He told me that he had called several times but had not received a response. At this point, I called the warranty company myself, and they confirmed that no claim had been started by Volvo Service for the scratch repair. When I confronted Darien about this, he claimed that the calls had been made, but it became clear that he was misrepresenting the situation. Furthermore, after waiting for over an hour and a half, I was told that the tire was defective and was being replaced, which would take another 40 minutes. This delay and lack of communication have been incredibly frustrating. The overall experience has been the worst service I’ve ever encountered, and I will not be returning in the future. I expect better communication, transparency, and professionalism, none of which were demonstrated throughout this entire process.

Amazing service for tires replacement when you have the tires warranty package. Two brand new tires from having pin hole in the tires. They also washed my car and vacuumed inside! Thank you service team!
