We bought our second Volvo from Princeton Volvo in December. We had an incredibly easy time of it. DwVaughan Browne was our salesman and he was super nice, professional and expedient in getting the transaction done. We also found the finance portion to be an easy step in the process. I really enjoyed the whole process of shopping, finding what I needed, online help and clarity of the answers all throughout my purchase. The price was exactly half of the price that dealership gave me for the part I needed. I also want to mention “ Carlos B” who was my email correspondent and was very prompt with replying and providing helpful updates and information. I would definitely recommend this place to Volvo owners and will go back for shopping for my car needs.

My all-weather floor mats shipped about a week after order. Packaging and condition were great. The rears fit perfectly. The front passenger mat is a bit off in size but close enough. The driver's mat is too small in length, though still useable.

The ordering process was straight forward and easy. However, there was almost a 10 day gap between my order and when the item shipped. And then, since I'm in Canada, there was an extra import charge I had to pay on arrival 😕. But I loved that I could track the shipment all the way to delivery! 👍

I gave five stars for the part I ordered being shipped in a timely manner. The part was carefully packed and arrived in good order. As far as the customer service rep...I would give no stars as it was impossible to verify that the part number was correct. I had to call the dealership I purchased my car from and speak with someone in the parts department to verify that I had the correct part number before ordering from this company. The customer service reps are the only part of this experience that I would reccomended improving on as Steve was instructing me to get the part number on the back of the rim so that he could tell me that the part number was correct. At that point in time I would not need Steve to tell me the part number is correct. I also could not do what Steve was asking due to the fact that the part could not be removed from the car while it sat in my garage. I live 20 minutes from the nearest town and 55 minutes in the opposite direction to the next town. Steve was not able to verify the correct part number based on the VIN#, but the dealership I purchased the car from was able to do what Steve could not do.
