M & A MOBILE AUTO REPAIR

I was having issues with my car. I have along commute to work and I needed someone to fix it that same day. I called them at 9am and they answered right away. He told me if the car was drivable I could take in and he would check it in the spot, or he could drive to my house and he could take a look at it there. I decided to take into the shop. Both him and his son were super nice, made me feel comfortable and were very friendly. As soon as I got there he saw my car, told me what was wrong with it, and gave me a very good price for the repair. He ordered the parts right away and within a couple of hours he fixed my car. I was so grateful that within hours my car was fixed. I highly recommend them.

Miguel is a man from the heart, you can find many mechanics that can possibly fix your car. But Miguel is more than just a mechanic, he believes in building customers by building relationships, not just building and Empire based on how much money he could make. I had a urgent need and he responded to my need very promptly, And even when he ran into terrible difficulties in repairing my need, because of the age and condition of my situation, he didn’t try to go back and charge me more money for the difficulties, Like most mechanics. What he quoted me he was loyal, to his word. He was very professional, kind and empathetic to my situation. And Because of the way I was considered and treated, I will definitely tell my family, friends and neighbors, about this level service and affordability. I have been to many auto shops, but never have I found such an honest faithful and considerate friend.

Appointment was at 12pm but came around 1:30. I told them the issue and they didn't find anything wrong with my cars acceleration. They concluded that my battery was not supplying sufficient volts. (was getting 12V-13V, but not 14V to 14.5V). They suggested for me to get a new battery and the problem would be fixed. Did that and the problem was still present. They didn't even think to just LOOK at things that may affect car acceleration such as MAF, throttle body, or faulty spark plugs. I am embarrassed to say that I spent $120 for a diagnostic service that was late and they didn't even try to think critically about what could be wrong. Just relying on whatever the OBD2 scanner says. Certain parts of the car can be faulty without being severe enough to trigger a code on an OBD2 scanner (wear and tear parts, sensors, etc). I honestly thought the diagnostic would be more thorough to compensate for a 1.5 hour late appointment.

The mechanic there shuttles you around nearby if you have to leave your car for repair. So that's very convenient. The mechanic is knowledgeable,he hasn't let me down after multiple jobs. So give him a try!
