I have NEVER experienced what I just experienced right now , I called in to speak to NICK because that who I deal with & he is very generous and helpful , When i called to speak to him a young lady picked up the phone, I asked for Nick , but he was not there so i kindly asked if she can help me with an invoice she became to get very annoyed and loud , all I needed was info on the parts that I ordered to see what year make & model the parts belonged to , she told me she couldn't help me & hung up , I called back and asked if why did she hang up she hung up again , I called back for 3rd time and asked if i can speak to a manager meaning that I have been doing business with VTP for some time now , The way she handled the phone call and represented the company she works for its disgusting , I will be taking my business elsewhere at this time , when businesses work together I believe you are supposed to be a team and help each other out and not yell and scream and hang up phones and be unprofessional , I loved doing business with NICK , If that is the way you want to get handled then go ahead and deal with a business that makes you feel uncomfortable if you ask a question

I used to use VTP regularly when I had shops in NY, Now that I'm in Florida I call them back frequently to find the parts I need that I cant find down here. Thank you George.
