Car wash down the block ripped my rear wiper blade off and I’m glad there was a VW parts department nearby! Free street parking and inside lot parking. Well lit inside, quick and easy purchase, and there’s an extra low charge if using credit cards. Nice place with a sweet showroom!

This is my 2nd review because I was threatened to take the first one down by phone call 5 mins after I posted a truthful review. I had a very bad experience with this dealership and their so called management and owner who apparently owns the other car place across the hyway. They Took it upon themselves to remove tints after I purchased the vehicle without my knowledge, I confronted the manger and his idea of fixing this was to try to fight me, then told me I need to leave. I did nothing but buy a car with my daughter that day and we got taken advantage of just so they can put an inspection sticker on a car they sold me. No front windows were tinted at all. They then let my daughter leave without a registration. They hid the fact that if I payed with cash NYS has a 3.95% discount, I was told I am getting the discount for not paying with credit card and the fact I had cash I was going to pay more now. After all said and done I got an invite to post a review, so I posted a truthful review and 5 mins later I got a phone call from the owner telling me to remove my review or else!!!! He was going to hold my registration and cancel a purchase I already own. Title singed and everything. He no longer owns the car, and he's pissed he can't abuse me this way I will press charges on the dealership for extortion. I'm going to the police about the threat to remove a review which we are protected against this type of extortion. I've got an attorney already within 24 hours. He told me his legal department told me I had to remove my review or else!!! Don't you ever threaten me and my children over a business review!!!!!! Save your money shop somewhere else!

My son purchased a new 2020 Atlas. From the beginning the floor mats would get wet. Now remember the car was under warranty. He brought it back on numerous occasions. Apparently the service mechanics could not find the cause of the wet carpets, never mind repair the problem. Now it’s 2024, he called corporate and was told the car is out of warranty. Even though the problem was never resolved when the car was in warranty. Apparently once this dealership sells a vehicle your on your own. This is not my first negative review on this dealership. Now it has become an attorney general problem. Beware of this dealership and stay away. I can not emphasize how bad the management here treats their customers. True story. BEEARE. P.S. Now there is mold and a horrible odor inside the car. How can he use the car with his children, it’s unhealthy. Thank you VW of West Islip!!

When there looking for an atlas r line and when we did the payments and everything they wanted $650 a month with $7k down payment mean while I when to the EAST HILLS VOLKSWAGEN in sayville and I got the same Atlas truck r line for $ 465 a moth with $4k down payment. This dealer is a rip off don't waist your time going to west islip volkswagen.
