Good morning, my experience at Coke’s tire was excellent. First to me being met at the door for help, to the workers showing me and explaining the issue with my tire. I am grateful for the knowledge because I didn’t know how bad the tire was and it needed to be replaced instead of repaired. Also the man the worked on the tire was kind and he completed the work quickly. I will be returning if service is needed.

Great mechanic. I went to them for service years ago for tires, and recently went in 2025 for suspension repair + an alignment. Great customer service and great labor prices. Would definitely recommend and will continue using them in the future. I haven’t been this happy picking up my vehicle from a an auto shop in Philadelphia in a long long time….

Had a nail in my tire. Showed up to this location without an appointment, within 20 minutes they were able to get me in, plug the hole in the tire, and put it back on. The workers were friendly, especially Angel and John. And they didn’t overcharge me either. Would definitely recommend and will be back again if I need anything tire related done.

Excellent service on time and they even took in s stray dog i found running down broad street they did my four tires brand new and wheel alignment total wait time was about a hour. Every one was friendly and generous. I will be back and recommend them to any one for auto service

Very fast service! Everyone was very friendly, and I was in and out in under 40 minutes. Prices are comparable/slightly lower than other places, but you cannot beat the service of a small business. I was coming in to buy 4 tires, and they inspected my tires and let me know that I actually only needed 2. That shows that they're not trying to beat you in the head. Will definitely be back when it's time to replace my other tires.

Hello everyone.. First, I want to say that these are nice people and I know they have good ratings. But my experience with them on Friday, February 28 and on today, Monday, March 3 was loaded with hassles and a lot of back-and-forth information. I was informed to purchase Front and And rear wheel assembly for my Toyota sienna. When I got to the shop for my appointment on Friday, there was an issue because the part that I had ordered based on the recommendation from Ashley was not everything that was needed. I was then told that they would take my car to a different shop so they could complete the job and its entirety. I received a call from a young lady named essence who told me that They were able to get everything on the vehicle as far as the parts are concerned. I was very happy about this. Today, which is Monday I looked inside the box expecting to only find 10 studs. But I also found these wheel bearings that were supposed to be Inserted on the vehicle as well. Was told by a guy named Gary that there were no need to replace the wheel bearings. I understand that, but I should’ve Been made aware of that initially, when the work was completed. I should not have had to find those bearings on my own, I believe this was misleading and tacky and unprofessional. When I spoke to them about this, they explained to me that there was no need to replace the wheel bearings for the front. So why was I encouraged to purchase them? Now they’re telling me that I can ship the wheel bearings back to the company, but that’s more hassle for me. Besides, that all of the other work has been completed As far as I see.

This is not the closest tire shop to me but I come here all the time because I trust the service, excellence of the staff, and the support they offer. Great, affordable prices and truly good people who do a terrific job. I never stress when I have a tire problem now. Mike, the owner, is a gem and is excellent at his job. 10/10 recommend

I got my tire repaired here today. It's a great, straightforward place. They were not pushy in selling their tires, but explained why I should get new ones due to their age, lack of grip in bad weather, and damage. I will definitely be coming back here to get those new tires when ready.
