These guys are amazing! They went the extra mile to fix my Mini Cooper and took the time to deal with my warranty, which was a huge help. You can tell they actually care about their work and their customers. Super honest, hardworking, and just all-around great people. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Needing an alignment for my first track event of the season I luckily found W12 Garage, and I’m glad I did. The staff is brilliant, the shop is immaculate and the work top notch. Extra time was spent to obtain perfection, which they didn’t have to do but were adamant to provide. Posting this after my first day, the car has been performing better than ever. Under heavy braking, where the rear end would previously shimmy and make it unpredictable, it now stays stable. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Drilon and team for helping me move to a personal best time at NJMP! I’ll look no further for alignments and any other work I need.

W12 Garage owner Drilon and staff member Luis were professional from the start with added bonus of being respectful and courteous. Drilon performed a thorough inspection of my car and explained findings clearly including photos. He provided a written estimate that spelled out urgent needs and less urgent needs; the estimate stayed true to the end with no hidden or surprise charges. He spent much time and effort ordering manufacturer replacement parts and servicing my car. I feel he is trustworthy and I will be taking my car for all future service exclusively to W12 Garage.
