THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! CHECK YOUR INVOICES ND THE WORK THEY DO!!! THEY CHARGED my insurance for a NEW DOOR and only REPAIRED IT! I HAVE THEM ON VIDEO Saying it’s a “new door” over n over and when I showed them marks I already had on the door all of the sudden they “ONLY REPAIRED IT “ but they charged my insurance for a new door!!! You have to stay on top of them cus they will leave ur car sitting there for days and wks with out touching it. N Don’t let them wave your deductible, cus they will charge more n still say u paid it in your invoice!!!not to mention all the pain drip they also had to fix after my complaint I will upload my videos to prove what I am saying #waldys

Car was hit on drivers side, Waldy and Mike showed up and waited for hours with me for police to show (which they never did). After telling them about a negative experience with another auto body they were both straight up with me about what needed to be done and promised that wouldn’t happen with them. They got my car back to me within a week and a half, ahead of the estimated completion date provided by my insurance. Definitely would bring my car back to them if I ever need any more work and definitely will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again to Waldy and Mike for their help.

The worst place ever. Do Not bring your car there for any reason you will lose time and money. They don’t call except the 1st day for the bill but after payment you’re done. I can’t tell everything here. My car was there more than a month after making my payment and calling every week. Finally have it ready with missing parts leaking and taped up 🤦🏾‍♂️

Phil the tow truck guy was “Johnny on da spot” he was informative and very helpful. He made sure we were straight and safe. The office staff is courteous and professional. Toni (one of the mechanics) he gets the job done. He’s efficient and a man of his word. I’ve already referred friends here to Waldy’s nobody likes accidents but when they happen you want a good company to put you back together again.

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. When my vehicle lost all power, they didnt even attempt a boost to start it. Instead, they simply dragged it onto the flatbed, causing the front end to drop when they delivered it. When I pointed this out to the driver, he dismissed my concerns, claiming it was normal since the car had no power. However, the back suspension was intact, which made no sense. When I took my car to the dealer, they confirmed that the towing had damaged the front end suspension sensor. I reached out to the towing company to resolve this issue, but they were incredibly rude and unhelpful, hanging up on me. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs! They lack professionalism and accountability.
