I’m giving 2 stars because the manager Charley completely ignored me and my fiancé and, decided to help other costumers who came way after us. we stood at the counter for over 30 minutes just waiting on someone to come help us while she kept walking past us. She got snappy with my fiancé after he asked for an estimate on how long an our oil change would be since we were already waiting for over 2 hours and we had no clue on when it would be done. She gave attitude and said she tries not to ask the auto workers anything and basically told us she wouldn’t help us. Then when we got the notification that it was ready she refused to help us by ignoring us when we came back to pay and get our keys. Right in front of us she completely looked past us and ordered a worker to see when the oil change would be done instead of asking us what we needed since we already knew it was finished. we genuinely believe she’s prejudice against people of color, because it was only us (we’re black) and this one hispanic man she decided to be rude to when everyone else she decided she wanted to help were white. I genuinely hope they figure this issue out, because the actual service was great our car runs amazing the auto workers did a great job it was just the manager Charley and who made our visit irritating and frustrating.

Went to replace a tire and was told I would have to purchase four tires due to company policy. The technician refused service unless I purchased four tires. After contacting corporate I was told there is no such policy.

Oh boy! Those people just walk around shop and looking for egg for hour as my car park there and hook open. What heck those people doing. Two men and two women can’t finish one car for hour. I think walMart manger is bad manager there. Poor sportsmanship.

If you have tires installed here, check the psi before leaving. Apparently this isn't something they do. 60psi in a tire max rated to 51 is negligent and dangerous. Also expect it to take 3 hours.

Low tire pressure while driving for Uber is not good. Whenever I have stopped at Walmart on Woodruff, they are quick to help and very polite. Today, I was in Taylors and sat first in line in the tire lane for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. There were 6 employees in the garage.
