I took my car to get new tires on it. Dropped it off in the morning and they were polite and processed it quickly telling me they would call when it was ready to be picked up. After about 7 hours I called to check and the car was ready. When I picked it up, the receipt said that it was ready 45 minutes after I dropped it off so I wasted most of my day with no car. Fast service but poor communication to customers which almost doesn’t make it worth going back.

They mess something up every time I take my car there. This time they had stripped out a bolt on a tire that is aftermarket and I had to personally get it fixed. They only thing they had to do was mount and balance my tires I ordered. They did reimburse me for the parts I had to purchase but I will not be returning to them to ever have any service to my car. They do not have any idea what they're doing.

Ordering tires that are out of stock is like pulling teeth, the employees are excellent, I just wish walmart supported them more and updated their tools and equipment to make it easier on everyone. There computer looks like it's from the 90's and the speed matches.

We had tires installed elsewhere. Wal Mart rotated the tires a few months later. When we went back to have the tires rotated by Wal Mart the next time, they said a bolt was stripped out, we needed to get it fixed, and it was the fault of who ever put the tires on. Of course if this were true, they would have noticed the first time they rotated the tires. We won’t go back.

They were very busy and not able to get our vehicle done for two hours. They do not have enough employees to service all of the business that they have. They also lost all of our paperwork which took about 20 minutes longer. I was very unimpressed with the fact the they could not drive a stick shift and when the tried they were grinding the gears. They are also very expensive. If you have no choice then you have to go there but I have found better prices elsewhere.
