I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes and never had a problem. The techs today were friendly and they got me in and out in a decent time . They also have coffee in the waiting area which was a plus .

Bought a car battery. They asked if I wanted them to put it in for free. I said yes. They broke a negative cable. Then, I had to get another negative cable. Wait 4 days to get, and then they gave me the $ I had paid for it. Then I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix it.

I had an appointment and was held hostage for almost four hours to get new tires. I heard the cashier say to another customer, “You should probably make your appointments earlier in the day because we have kids who don’t want to work in the afternoon so your car isn’t ready”. I also heard that two guys left for break over an hour ago and still aren’t back. What a ridiculous poop show.

I scheduled an oil change for 5pm, but when I got there for my appointment nobody was there and all the doors were locked. I can see how little they care about their customers. Huge waste of time, never coming back.

This auto center is unprofessional and slowest place for oil change . They don’t pick phone up, u make appointment and they still take 3 hours. The are understaffed. They need to correct the management asap.
