I’d give zero stars if I could. Went in for an oil change on our car and waited for an hour with no progress. When we went in to schedule the service, the employee behind the counter told us we were next in line and it should only be about 25 minutes. After an hour had passed with no updates, we went to ask if our car was ready. A different employee greeted us from behind the counter this time, and when we asked about the car we were told it had not been done yet. When we informed her what the previous person told us, we were told appointments get done before walk ins and the appointments started to show up before they got to our car. I understand that appointments come first, but we arrived 30 MINUTES BEFORE appointments started according to the previous person we spoke with who told us we were next in line. When we were told it wasn’t done, we opted to cancel the appointment. When we said this we were told our car was fixing to be pulled in and it would take about 35 minutes to change the oil. We still chose to cancel the appointment. The lack of communication upfront caused the whole situation to be frustrating. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

I went by to have my battery replaced and while doing so the auto associates stole some food from my car. The items weren't expensive but it's the principle. They stole and ate items that didn't belong to them and it's not acceptable at all. I will never shop at Walmart again because of this. They employ thieves and don't seem to care to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. Do not use the auto center because they are thieves and will take items from your car as they please.

On 08/30/24 I brought my car in for an oil change. Two and a half hours later I had asked why was it taking so long I was being patient. They told me appointments take precedence and there were still two people in front of me. I do understand that but they should have acknowledged when I came in that it would take four hours or that they could not do it at the time and I would have to make an appointment. The manager did not even offer an apology. Walmart it is not acceptable to expect your customer to wait 4 hours for an oil change without even letting the customer know what the situation is in order to make an informed decision. To top it all off when they got to my car they wanted to change the tires instead of the oil change, I was beyond angry at this point. Not even an apology. I have never written a bad review for any business but Walmart do better as customers we don't expect a great service from Walmart but at least an acceptable service would do.

Went for an oil change, saw how busy it was and decided it was too much of a wait. So I just headed in and grabbed some items I needed from the automotive isle. Then it took me over 30 minutes just to checkout!

I've had no problems with the services except that no one picks up the phone🙄. You'll be ringing forever if you call or occasionally speak to customer service that will transfer you back.
