Walmart Auto Care Centers

Ordered online and scheduled for install. 2 days before they cancel my order and appointment. No one knows who did it. Offered me to come in store to buy tires if I still want the ones I ordered. I came in and standing at auto center for 20mins no one is at desk .

Should have just purchased on line and pickup at store. But because i made an a appointment it was now delayed one week . To change 2 tires should have taken only 20 minutes, but it took 2 hrs. Will never do this again, too much confusion, people don't know what whey want, no lines no order. Go to a decent tire shop. Not worth the hassle.

Walmart is good for a lot of things, but the auto repair and installation needs a lot improvement and not a good experience. My tires seem to be installed and balanced fine, but after two days the tire balancing weights are falling off. I found three of the weights on my garage floor. Who knows how many may have fallen off on the road while driving. That is concerning. Also, there was some strange cancellation notification I received via email "after" I had my tires installed and that I needed to reschedule. Had to call Walmart customer service to straighten all that out. Also, my tire installation was scheduled for 11am and they did not start until 12:10pm. It was scheduled for 1 hour, but it took 2 hours. I get it, there will be delays at high volume times, but I think the entire auto center is understaffed. All Walmarts seem understaffed. For the amount of volume that the auto center does, they need more staff. Also, for the amount of shoppers buying stuff, the Walmart stores in general need more staff.

Ordered tires through walmart.com and they never delivered. I desperately needed tires but i also wanted a good deal. Walmart definitely has best prices. The bad thing is they never notified me that they cancelled my order. I show up on appointment day and then they let me know its cancelled.🤦🏽‍♂️ The good news is the walmart at store found tires i can use and they were on rollback price 😀 so my advice to people is to make sure tires are delivered and they dont cancel you without warning.

Andrew, who works at the Milpitas Walmart Auto Center, is an excellent employee. He is so attentive to customers that employees like him should always be rewarded. He also helped us out and was incredibly eager to assist. Despite his willingness to help, a nearby Indian woman working alongside him kept scolding him. Although I personally thanked Andrew, I kindly ask that you convey my gratitude to him once again.
