I ordered 2 new tires and scheduled installation, I was driving around on my spare. My installation was cancelled two days in a row because one tire was "delayed". Talked to the call center and none of them could find any information about this tire. I show up to the store to see if they know anything, turns out both tires have been there all along. No apology, associate says he needs to find the right scanner and then they can "get me my tires". I ask about installation and he says "well, no, you'd need to make an appointment for that". Despite having explained about the cancelled appointments, I go back in to see if there is anything they can do to make this better. All they can do is tell me about tomorrow's availability. No apology, no offer of a discount on installation or tires, the team lead couldn't even look me in the eye. And the tire is still listed as delayed, although they managed to take the money for both out of my account. I would rather sell my car for scrap than try to get it serviced here again.

I think all customer service nowadays is 0% most places but this place I would say is absolutely 0%. I got four tires done two months ago. Brand new and my car used to feel stable and no issues now these tires are such crap I was told from another mechanic that it feels like my whole car is either on a cloud or wobbly 90% of the time when I hit even the slightest of a bump, don’t ever get done and I will tell you they will not help you when you call back

Horrible customer service. Went there to get two tires put on. Went to ask a worker where the front desk was to just get yelled at. Seemed like they didn't want me there at all. Took 4 hours for them to tell me that they couldn't put the tires on for some stupid reason. Anything they can do to get out of work they will do it. Never go here.

Okay, this place is 💯 helpful and honest about prices! They are organizing, and u are out fast... what else can you ask for in a tire place. Thank you Vincent you did a great job!!

Got smart with me. I get the rules but don’t talk to me like I am a child. Please understand the difference between delivering words with positive intentions like a customer service person should. Wasted my entire day sitting here for no reason at all. Thanks for wasting my day in Erie.
