Walmart Auto Care Centers

Being new to Minnesota and its harsh weather my auto care needs are very important to me (Especially my tires). I recently had a tire problem and took my car to Walmart. From the front desk to the installer Alec the Auto care team at Walmart in Winona are very professional and courteous. I left with a great feeling knowing my tires were done right.

I brought my two vehicles in today for an appointment I booked last week. I wanted new tires put on one vehicle and an oil change on another. I gave them the proper tire sizes and was extremely specific about what I wanted and they even documented the orders correctly. Today, they brought both vehicles back and did an oil change on the wrong vehicle and took my brand new tires off the other vehicle and put tires on the wrong vehicle. The team leader confronted the young man who was responsible for the mix up but he didn't really seem to care. The team took over 3 hours to rectify the problem - putting my tires back on my car and changing the right cars oil. After the event I could hear the team laughing and joking super loudly like this was a frat party not a business. The service I received was an absolute joke and I'll never bring them business again.

Guys took great care in my wifes vehicle and I was told by another place I had a bent rim and they checked all tires twice to try and find which one. Very thankful for the way they tried to do that because I was worried about safety because my wife is 6 months pregnant. Highly recommend them for your needs.

Shouldn't have known better. Found a nail in my high dollar corvette tire on a Sunday, and they were the only place open. They scratched the ever living piss out of my rim while patching the tire.... they didn't believe me even though I took pictures beforehand knowing damn well something like this would happen from Walmarts finest employees. Additionally, the middle-aged dude that runs the desk is a complete prick with zero customer service respect or care for your vehicle/parts. It took them over an hour to patch a tire that was completely removed from the car already. He will be the first to instantly blame their mess up on you even in the instance of photo proof. Lastly, you're better to just wait until a better shop is open or available before you let Walmart auto care center molest your vehicle. Oh yea, had to give it a minimum of one star to make this post. I would give zero if it was allowed

4 tires and oil change. Tires are expensive, but less here than other places. They told us 1.5 hours for completion. Was done in 1 hour.
