Tip: When you arrive at Walmart, the Auto Care Center is to your right, not the left! I visited the Walmart Auto Care Center for my first oil change appointment for my dad’s car. Upon arrival, I was a bit confused as the staff member didn’t approach me, just pointed toward the entrance. Once inside, Ali was very helpful, guided me through the check-in process, and the oil change took about 40 minutes. I appreciated the text alert when it was done. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it for quick service!

Please Be aware of the old Filipino guy name(Mani) he wears the glasses he is not the manager just a regular employee but he is the one who’s running this racket where the rest of the employees sit idle and chill just because of him even if there is a cancellation he never takes any appointments and he has such a bad attitude no matter how politely you talk to him he will bad mouth you right away. I had a flat tire and I asked him if he can accommodate that with my oil change appointment he made tons of excuses and said we are short staffed today and can’t do the flat tire where the employees were chilling in the tire department with no work in hands There are so many complaints against him but the management is just sleeping because the rest of the staff is making easy money just like him they have no work pressure at all because they only pick 1 car in an hour thanks to this guys name ( Mani) I really hope he gets fired soon in case if management wakes up and read these reviews the only person who is nice over there is ALI he is Jen of a person I really wish he was here today . In the end I had to cancel my appointment to fix my flat tire first and the guy (mani) won 🏆

I recently had an oil change and fuel system service at Walmart in Fremont, CA, and unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my car afterward. He personally took the time to inspect my vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repairs to get everything running smoothly again. JEDI’s dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and his hands-on approach truly stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I have no doubt he has a bright future ahead of him in the automotive service industry. His professionalism and commitment to resolving my issue were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this service center, especially if JEDI is overseeing your vehicle’s care.

Came here to have my tires replaced. The associate named Ali was very nice and welcoming! He was also very quick to get the work started. The technicians were also very nice and worked on my car fast. Shoutout to Richard, Teddy and Chris!!
