Walmart Auto Care Centers

I am utterly sick of showing up to the auto center desk and waiting 5 to 20 minutes before anyone even shows up to help me. This happens a good 50% of the time. Next thing I know, there's a crowd of other people all waiting to be helped. They could at least put a button there for customers to press for help. ETA 4.3.21: The only reason I'm here again is because I need it done today. They have ONE guy working. It will be 1 hour before my car gets in.

Got great service today a Walmart RockPort TX. Called for oil change three weeks out. Minute Man wanted $110 and Walmart wanted $70 for oil change. F250 GREAT JOB!

Decent service. The staff can do less chatting amongst themselves, and focus more on the job. Would be nice to wait only the time it takes to service my car... Plus, they sent me off with low tire pressure after a tire rotation. Shocking!

NEVER order tires online from Walmart! I have been trying to get tires installed on my vehicle for over 3 weeks. I went in a week after ordering (with a confirmation sent the night before) and at my scheduled install date they claimed to not have my tires. After two weeks of no additional updates I emailed the help service. They said the tires were delayed and I should just cancel my order. I then go to cancel but the help service then told me the tires are at the store. I called the store and the employee was clueless and told me to call back the next day. Called back and the senior employee stated he found the tires unmarked but cannot make an installation appointment for an online order. Even though he has the tires I paid for sitting in the store. I proceed to attempt to make an online install appointment but the status is still delayed so the appointment cannot be processed. I called the help line and they could not help remedy the situation and just told me to call back the store. I will never order from Walmart again.

Unbelievably bad service. I got to WM tire and lube Sunday 1:15 pm. I had to flag someone down to wait on me. Asked them to change 4 tires on my small car. There were no other cars in the garage. The guy told me it would be done in about an hour, so I waited and kept checking back. I only saw one other car there getting an oil change the whole time. I saw 4 guys from the tire/lube department working - some in and out of the garage area, but most were out stocking shelves. At 2:12pm I received a text that they had started working on my car. At 3:22pm I received a text that they had finished my car. I waited around another 10-15 minutes for someone to come out and check me out. With no other cars in the garage, 3 guys were out there standing around my car watching one guy work while I waited and waited. Maybe Walmart should review how they train these people or pay enough to hire good workers.
