Great service, bought 4 Goodyear reliant tires and had them mounted. The dept manager named Ryan D. Was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the tires I need for winter as we just moved back from Frorida. I will definitely be a return customer.

I thought the reason to go to Walmart for an oil change was so you didn't have to make an appointment? 30-45 minutes before your first one isn't enough time to do it when the bay is open? Also, my wife made an appointment for tires and you tried to make her wait an hour and a half??? What's the point of an appointment then? What a joke.

Asked to change a headlight kept me waiting 50min and then told me they needed a special tool and couldn't do it. Then found out no tools need took less then 2 minutes.

Outstanding Auto Care Center! Without an appointment they were able to get my van in for 4 new tires right away. We were only there for maybe an hour and they had it done. Our van drives so much smoother with new tires on it. Thank you to Ryan and his team for being swift, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend coming here for your automotive needs. They will take care of you and for a great price as well! Thanks again!!

Well, I was hoping for better, but no. Went in for an oil change a little after 4pm. The service guy told me about an hour because his 4pm tire appt was there. Ok, no problem, I have some shopping to do, I can kill time. He wrote down my info and off I went. OVER 2HRS later my truck is finally done. I say something to the team lead about the wait time and she ignores it and proceeds to tell me the recommendation for next time is an air filter. I look at my paperwork and it says I came in at 5:33pm? Umm nope. So they falsify my paperwork to suit their que? Called today to talk to a manager. A team lead anserwed and offered to hear me out, he was very pleasant and got the manager for me who told me there was nothing he could do but address it. Not an I'm sorry it happened, not a hey, we'll discount you a quart of oil....nothing. So he'll address it and the problem will still be a problem. I'm done with Sparta Walmart automotive.
