Walmart Auto Care Centers

Worst case of lazy people and poor service I have ever seen. McDonald's treats people better. Had an appointment to have 2 tires installed showed up 12 minutes early to an empty shop everyone standing around talking. Left the area to wander through Walmart came back after 15 minutes to be told they're unable to jack it up because there's to much rust. First off you don't jack a vehicle up by the body 2nd when I returned to get the vehicle the door was wide open. Would never recommend having anything done on your vehicle at this Walmart.

The Mechanic working on the car was amazing, the management however lost our appointment but luckily they managed to squeeze us in. This place is grossly understaffed and I could feel the stress and the pressure put on the employees because of it. It's no fault of their own it's just the world we're living in and the corporate environment. It's a shame because the mechanic working on our truck was really helpful and quite skillful and talented. I wish him the best and hopefully he finds somewhere better to work. We wound up getting four new tires. The price and quality of the tires is exceptional.

I had a flat tire. The diagnosis was a leaky valve stem. I thought I was going to have to buy a new tire. But they only charged me for a new valve stem. Great work! I'll be back.

Had a flat tire and they took us in immediately. Susan was especially helpful and nice through the whole process. Didn’t catch the guys’ names in the garage, but they were fast to replace the tire and even put our donut and emergency car supplies back into the back well when we had it scattered all over the place. Would recommend.

Where do I start? Stopped in for an oil change yesterday on our way to Alpine Valley. The attendant informed us that there was two cars ahead of us (which we could see) and that it would be about 45 minutes. Okay? Seems like a long time but, anyway. An hour and 40 minutes later our car was finally ready. The group working seemed disinterested, untrained and unprofessional. I’m not sure who was managing this group, as there was 6-8 people wondering around not seeming to care about much. There is a reason I hadn’t been into a Walmart in years and this just reinforces that. Store manager might want to spend some time retraining this group.
