Got new tires there on my wife's van. Was half the price of the competition. Work was fast and quality. Customer service was good as well. No surprises. Just straight service at a good price. I'll be back.

Take your business to Discount Tire! This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Walmart showed zero communication, even after my order arrived incomplete. I called to confirm my appointment and sat on hold for over 35 minutes before someone finally answered. I took a screenshot to document the absurd wait time. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told to start a return and reorder everything—an absolute failure at every level. Weeks of waiting for overpriced tires, no accountability, and no effort to fix their mistake. I went to Discount Tire instead, got cheaper tires, same-day service, and everything I needed in stock. The difference was night and day. Walmart’s operation is a mess—horrible communication, no urgency, and no solutions. As a small business owner and combat veteran, I know what good service looks like, and this was the opposite. Don’t waste your time here. Take your business somewhere else.

I had my vehicle brought in for a simple oil change before a big trip. When I got home, I realized there was a big puddle underneath my car, turns out whoever worked on my car did not bother to screw on the cap. All the oil leaked and spilled, I had to do the oil change myself. Do not recommend going to this place if you can get an appointment somewhere else!

Ordered tires through the Walmart app and the appt originally scheduled was canceled due to a delay in the tires arriving, so I rescheduled the appointment. Got another message that they canceled the service appointment, but the tires were in stock. Called to verify the appointment was still on after getting a cancellation message and we were told to come in and everything was ready to be installed, only to show up and tell me that they only have one guy on and he can’t do it alone, so it’s been canceled again and I would need to reschedule a third time. Please save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Takes 2 guys over an hour to do 4 tires. Very inexperienced techs if it takes them that long. Can’t do walk ins because they don’t have enough experience there to get the cars out in a timely manner. Would definitely suggest going to a reputable shop
