I ran over something sharp pulling into the parking lot and needed my flat tire changed. The only thing that bothered me was I had to take my tire off and was asked if I had money to pay for my flat tire that I got pulling into the parking lot. Other than that, no problem really, was glad to have my flat tire fixed in a timely manner. Thanks.

I have made an appointment for an oil change, and I got there and supposably never made one. the nerve they guy had too to be rude to me to begin with. secondly my last oil change was done by Walmart, and it took 2 1/2 hours for a 20 min oil change. and thirdly i just recently did my own oil change mind you it's a 2014 Buick enclave, it took me 4 hours because the morons thought it was a good idea to tighten the drain plug and oil filter to high heavens like come on its not the hard to do this tuff properly. Walmart you need to improve on your workers in the auto department.

Prices for a synthetic Mobil 1 oil change are good. They asked if I wanted to replace my dirty air filter—the filter was dirty. Sure for $14.88. People are good and curtious. The only thing is there is no fast pace to their environment. I blame WM for the system they setup. Thanks.

Purchased Goodyear tires. One year later, they refuse to replace them. My dealership Dahl never found any issues with my alignment in all of my service and records (after doing it a month ago prior to this review). This is why Walnart is not honoring it. It's a shame this company is getting beyond corrupt after Sam Walton's passing

Not sure who to trust their website or their employees; ordered 2 tires on a Sunday and scheduled install for Thursday at 7am. Wednesday I got confirmation from Walmart’s website tires arrived at the store and ready for install. Thursday at 6:17am receive text they have to cancel do to items being delayed. Called the manager of tire center and found out neither of my tires are in and they don’t know when they’ll be received in; yet their website still shows I have one tire at the store. I understand shipping delays happen but why can’t the website match to what I’m verbally being told by their staff. Walmart needs to correct their website if it’s giving false information. My schedule is busy and this rescheduling is an inconvenience.
