Walmart Auto Care Centers

I got my Honda Pilot for oil change at this Walmart location on 08//06/2024. When I went home the next morning observed the oil dripping from the vehicle on the garage floor. Inspected under the vehicle and found the oil change was done in very bad way. Walmart technician did not care to make sure the oil doesn’t drip onto the frame. I think he just didn’t care oil dripping on to the frame and making it messy. I drove back to Walmart center to report the issue. When I talked to the Auto Department manager he just said we will take care of it but no apologies whatsoever and little rude to what happened. It is ironically that they saying there is frame under the filter and so it happened. The manager came back after the oil on the frame is cleaned and just said in a way to leave immediately. When I started writing my experience here then store manager Phil came to talk about what happened. He understood what happened and apologized to what happened. I will never ever go back for any auto service at Walmart.

Horrible customer service. Have been coming here for the past year, since its the closest to my aparment, and theres always moody employees, today Cashier named “omal” made it complicated for a simple oil change. Do not recommend.

Umm this place is not the vibe. The associate was flat-out rude and clearly miserable with his life, hating his job and taking it out on customers. He couldn’t be bothered to answer simple questions without giving dead-eyed, dismissive responses. He attempted to rush me to sign the agreement, then tried to rush me out of my car when I went back to the parking lot to turn it off and get my stuff (just jumped the battery) after telling me it would take 2.5-3 hours for a battery change and “it’s up to me” if I want to come back or wait there only to change his story about whether they could even work on it today after already signing me in and picking the battery. His attitude was hostile, condescending, and unprofessional—especially seems this way toward women. I told him to just cancel the entire service. I don’t even want him touching my car atp. I’ll be going back to my usual spot. Being disrespected is not worth the few dollars you’ll save coming here. Go where they act like they care that you’re spending your money with them. 🙄 If you hate your job this much, maybe don’t work with people?? Idk.

Great service and reasonable prices for the basic Maintainence work. Definitely returning in a few weeks to swap my tires out with them.

I will never be coming to this wal mart auto center again. The worst service I have ever had. I watched them work on my car for an hour, changing one tire. They talked to each other majority of the time instead of working. What I believe could have taken 20-30 minutes has now been an hour.
