Walmart Auto Care Centers

I had an appointment at 7 AM on Sunday, December 15th. I arrived 10 minutes late, but the technicians were already waiting for me. I was greeted and checked in by technician Kristina. A few days before the appointment, team lead Mike contacted me to confirm the model of my car and whether I had locking lug nuts. The entire service took just about 30 minutes. Everything was great, and I’m very satisfied. This was the first tire replacement for my car, purchased in early 2023. The only minor issue was that the tires were inflated slightly below the recommended pressure, but I adjusted that myself. I’m honestly shocked by the large number of negative reviews. This is a professional team of at least three technicians, working diligently even early Sunday mornings. They do their job responsibly. My TPMS sensor works just as well as before. Thank you, team, for the excellent service!

I schedule an appointment for 1:30pm. I waited until 3:40pm for my car to get an oil change. The service from this auto care center was poor to say the least. The manager Mike had no idea what was going on or why an oil change took more than an hour. All he could say is we have a lot of cars that need work. Waiting for my car to get an oil change made me later for work which is unacceptable. I will never come back here.

I recently visited the Walmart Auto Care Center, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was unprofessional and unorganized. Despite booking an appointment, I had to wait an excessively long time before anyone even acknowledged me. Customer service is a key part of any business, but this center seemed to lack it entirely. I would not recommend Walmart Auto Care to anyone who values their time and vehicle.

I chose this Walmart Auto Care Center for my vehicle tire replacement (all 4). I ordered/paid tires and made an appointment online, drove 35 miles all the way from NYC to get there (because Walmart doesn't have any stores in NYC and not even an Auto Care Center in Nassau County which is sad). I was on time so everything went smoothly. It took little more than an hour for the whole process of changing 4 tires. I paid installation fees in the store. This installation also includes lifetime balance and rotation & some sort of roadside hazard warranty. The person who worked on my vehicle was Brian, if I'm not wrong, was nice too. I recommend this place for tire work if you live close by. I will go there again for my tire need but I wish Walmart has Auto Care Centers close to where I live. (I want to go there for an oil change, battery etc but this place is too far away, sadly). PS: I noticed, one of the tires has little lower air than the other 3. If it's leaking for some reason I will post it here. Other than that everything is fine.

Went there for 2 tires and an oil change. The service was good and the wait time to have the work started was 10 minutes or less. Recommended.

Do not recommend. Had an appointment. Arrived 15 min early as advised to find the time slot before me just arrived, late, but was taken in anyway. It's now an hour and a half later and I'm still waiting. Utter chaos with staff. Go elsewhere.
