Nobody wants to get tires repaired the day after Christmas. But we needed help and the crew at the Black River Falls, WI Walmart Auto Center were understanding, very fast, and kind. They found the shard of metal we’d driven over on I-94, got us replacement tires in-and-out in less than 40 minutes. Oh, and the guy cleaning the family restroom was very pleasant as well.

Unprofessional as I arrived at 545 asked for 2 tires to be changed had my own tires and as soon as I said that one employee said oh Jesus really. They took truck in I went and picked up a few items 30 min later I was told they couldn't get tires off and I noticed them just sitting in my pick up so I don't recommend going here for tire changes

Stopped yesterday to see if they could do an oil change for my Jetta tech went out and got engine/oil info under the hood. I was told it would be a half hour. When that time past I walked back by my car. There were three techs looking under the hood of my vehicle, and then one of them said I found it. He proceeded to try to remove the oil filter going back-and-forth getting different size sockets was quite obvious none of them knew what they were Doing. The girl Tech came up to me and said do you have a question I said that’s my car It’s obvious you don’t have the right filter put my filter back on and fill it with castrol 5w30! Better pray hard that no damage was done by your so called technicians🤬

Needed simple tire tire repair (plug), for screw in tire, they wouldn't do it, tried to tell me tires had dry rot - tires were fine, been using truck to haul wood all fall. Had it plugged at another shop.
